The mission of decarb @ CMU is to engage campus faculty, staff, and students in research, education, and outreach to advance deep reductions in greenhouse gas emissions from the industrial sector while growing opportunity and well-being for workers and communities in the SW PA/tri-state Appalachian region and worldwide.
Valerie Karplus, Associate Professor, Engineering and Public Policy, and Daniel Tkacik, Executive Director, Wilton E. Scott Institute for Energy Innovation, will discuss this new initiative.
